Description
The Code establishes minimum standards for the care and housing of laboratory animals in Victoria. This includes (for each species) nutrition, enclosure, climate control, environmental enrichment, hygiene, handling, transportation, and euthanasia. Appendix 1 summarises the acceptable minimum standards for housing by species.
