Welcome to the Research Grants Group

The Research Grants Group helps staff and students at The University of Melbourne find research funding opportunities, prepare applications to a wide range of government, private and philanthropic organisations, and meet the expectations of grant making bodies.

All University applications for research grants must be submitted via the Melbourne Research Office at the address below. Check the website for internal due dates, as these are often earlier than external deadlines.
