Melbourne Ventures Ltd (MVL) is the commercialisation company of the University of Melbourne. It offers a comprehensive commercial advisory and technology commercialisation service to the academic community of the University of Melbourne and its affiliate organisations.Curriculum Licensing Services (CLS) is a group specialising in the marketing and distribution of curriculum materials, including multimedia courseware and specialised application software. Together, MVL and CLS are responsible for the commercialisation of all University research-related IP, curriculum materials, multimedia courseware and software technologies.
