Standard agreements (template)
In addition to
standard agreements, the Research Office in conjunction with Legal Services, has developed a range of templates for use where standard agreements are not appropriate. These circumstances would include:
- when students are involved in contract research, or
- when a stipend or part-stipend is being provided for a postgraduate student research project.
The templates serve as a starting point for negotiations and are particularly useful if the external party does not have a draft agreement.
Note that template agreements can only be signed-off by the Vice-Principal (Research) or the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research).
