Reporting requirements

Progress and Final Reports are required by most funding bodies as part of the conditions of award. These reports are important, as continued funding of the project and the eligibility to compete for future funding is often reliant upon their completion.

The Grants Office will alert you to your reporting requirements. The core project deliverables – major financial and reporting milestones – are entered into the Themis agreements module by the Research Office and Financial Operations. Two weeks before the ‘deliverable’ is due, Themis will generate an email alert to the first-named CI and the Agreement Administrator in the department. The first-named CI is responsible for providing all technical, progress and final reports in accordance with the sponsor’s prescribed due dates, and in the format required by the sponsor.
