Welcome to the Research Contracts Group

Our Group comprises colleagues from the Research Office and Legal Services. We assist staff undertaking contract or collaborative research through the drafting, review and negotiation of research agreements. We provide advice on issues such as costing and pricing of research, forms of collaboration, University policies and procedures, University investment in major bids, the protection and management of intellectual property and standard agreements which can be used to make collaboration easier (including those agreements that Heads and Deans can sign).
